Happy Father's Day to all the great dads!  Here is a fun dessert to grill that is healthy and delicious!

Peach Dessert

Fresh Ripe Peaches (Cut in half and pit removed)

Mascarpone Cheese (Use melon ball scoop)

Chunky Clear Sugar Sprinkles

Raspberry Sauce (Optional)

Grill peaches cut side down for 2-4 minutes until nice grill marks are made.  Flip peaches and continue grilling 6-8 minutes until warm and soft.  To serve, place a peach half cut side up on plate, place scoop of mascarpone cheese in center where pit was, lightly sprinkle with sugar and enjoy!  For extra flavor drizzle raspberry sauce over top of peach.
