Mother's Day

Mother's Day is around the corner!  If you are getting together to celebrate with your mom here is a fun tuna appetizer that is healthy and tasty!

9TB Mayonnaise

1TB Lemon Juice

2tsp Sugar

1/2Cup Diced Red Onion

1Cup Chopped Celery

1/2Cup Craisins

3Cans Tuna (Drain)

In a 2 quart mixing bowl, combine ingredients except tuna.  Add tuna to mixture and blend.  Cover and refrigerated at least 2 hours or overnight.  Serve with crackers.
